I work more than I should. I play harder than most. I love every minute of both. Like most of my Generation Y peers I can’t wait to change the world… again.
Many of my graduate school professors studied directly under W. Edwards Deming. I view it as a honor to be part of the lineage so it should be no surprise that I hold high expectations for my management team. I have no problem following a Level 4, but I’ll take a bullet for a Level 5.
I don’t half-ass feature implementations. I take pride in my work and iterate on my design to maximize performance, efficiency and reliability. If you need something to kind-of-work most of the time save your money and hire someone else.
